Integrating Docusign

Step 1 - Configure Redirect URI
 

Go to 

https://apps-d.docusign.com/admin/apps-and-keys 

Get API Account ID from your "My Account Information" and paste it in "Account ID" found your new Integration Card

Click "Add App and Integration"

Name it "Dispatchable Docusign" 

get Integration Key from "General Info" and paste it in "Integration Key / Client ID" found in your new integration card

Select "Private custom integration" in Integration Type

Click Add Secret Key
 

Copy and Paste new key in "Client Secret" in your new integration card

In Dispatchable, "Save and Connect" , a pop up will appear.  "You will be redirected to DocuSign to complete the connection process. Click OK to continue." , Click Cancel for now

In Docusign, Scroll down to Additional Settings > Redirect URIs, click "Add URI"

Copy youre new Call back URI from your new Dispatchable - Docusign Integration, and paste it in your new URI

Select, GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, HEAD in Allowed HTTP Methods

Click Save

Switch back to Dispatchable, Click "Reconnect Docusign"

Follow the prompts to initiate handshake.  

Step 2 - Configure Call back

This is so Docusign let's your environment know that documents status and attaches documents in Dispatchable to quickly access documents 


Go to 

https://apps-d.docusign.com/admin/connect

Click Add Configuration > Custom

Add Name = Dispatchable Docusign Call Back
Copy and paste Call back URI from Dispatchable into URL to Publish

For best experience, select all in Trigger Events

Once Complete, be sure to click "Add Configuration" to save your settings
